This website is an attempt to give a small glimpse of documents and "Press Releases" about Thomas S. Obermeyer, Attorney, and Theresa Nangle Obermeyer, Ph.D., over a period of almost 30 years. "The law is a teacher" so let Alaskans know the truth in order that we create a brighter future for all of us. Most of the pages from the previous site remain but a few pages have been removed for brevity. The topics of the site are listed for your review. Issues are dated for clarity and historic context.

Courts of law have received our appeals including six attempts to be heard in U.S. Supreme Court. i.e., four attempts by Theresa against United States of America and two attempts by Tom against Alaska Bar Association per that file and the other files about our court filings locally and in intermediate appeals courts. The issues that we have raised began when Theresa sued University of Alaska in 1981 per that file. Tom sued Alaska Bar Association in 1985 on the advise of many local Alaska attorneys per "American Case Law Precedent" file. My goal for the site is to create institutional memory about issues that have occurred in our very young 49 year old State of Alaska which is the only state that does not have a law school or any level of accountability. Alaska is the resource base that is the future of our great nation, United States of America. I try not to be repetitious. If you have any questions, please contact us.
